Our product management team does just that – with open eyes at international trade fairs, in valuable partnerships with our suppliers or in internal product meetings, always with a keen eye for market opportunities and feasibility. We coordinate sales channels and target groups with our customers, provide impetus for new products and designs, and also implement specific requests. From sampling to ordering, everything is in one hand with us.

QUALITY ASSURANCE. SAFETY IS STANDARD

Our quality management reliably ensures that our customers’ brand requirements are reflected in the product and its packaging, no matter how large the order quantity or how high the price.

We take care of all relevant certifications that are required within the EU. This ensures, for example, that the regulations required for CE marking and compliance with other legal requirements are taken into account. We take care of relevant regulations such as EMC, RoHS, LFGB, PAH or Reach. Depending on the product and target group, this also includes TÜV tests and GS certificates and, of course, a documented product inspection before the goods are delivered.

Suppliers. Trust through responsibility

We are a member of amfori BSCI and stand for compliance with minimum social standards that are taken for granted in Germany throughout the entire production process and supply chain.

We realize most of our products with suppliers abroad, from Europe to China. By maintaining personal business relationships, on-site visits and, of course, regular audits, we ensure that our suppliers treat people and the environment responsibly.

Logistics. Just in time worldwide

Reliable supply chain management is a key factor for the overall success of a project – a challenge that we are happy to master for our customers.

Long-standing business relationships with logistics partners enable goods to be delivered on time from the production countries by ship, air freight and forwarding. At the same time, prudent inventory planning guarantees our customers a high level of product availability. Experienced colleagues with the latest know-how take care of customs formalities, handle transport damage, manage the dispatch of B-to-C deliveries within 24 hours and also handle returns management on request.

After-sales service. From spare parts and hotlines

For us, service only really begins with the delivery of goods, because this is where a project reveals its demanding side, which we routinely meet with energy and sensitivity.

The handling of returns management is becoming increasingly important for online retailers. For many customers, the availability of spare parts is becoming more and more important as an opportunity for additional sales, but also for reasons of sustainability. Other customers want telephone customer support for products that require explanation – the requirements for services and service levels are very different. They all have one thing in common: we take care of it and put together the right all-round carefree package for every project.
